Sparky has not launched yet. For now, this site only presents the project and lets you leave your email to be notified at launch. These terms explain, in simple words, what we do with that email. When Sparky opens, we will publish the full terms of the platform.
This is a translation of the Portuguese version. If they differ, the Portuguese version prevails.
1. Who we are

2. This site
- It is for information only: there are no accounts, purchases or projects.
- The illustrative images were created with artificial intelligence and show a possible look; the prototype images show versions in development. The final product may differ.
- The features, kits and dates described may change before launch. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell.
- The texts, images, name and Sparky logo belong to us; do not use them without permission.
- Sparky Explore is a separate site, with its own rules.
3. The waiting list ("Notify me at launch")

- Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
- We do not send advertising or newsletters, and we do not sell or share your email with anyone.
- Who has access to it: only the Sparky team and the providers that help us store the data and send the email (hosting and email service), only for these purposes.
- For how long: until we send the launch notice and, at most, 6 months after that. If the launch does not happen, we delete the list.
- Under 13: ask an adult (parent or guardian) to leave their email instead.
4. Your rights
- You can leave the list at any time, and ask to see, correct or delete your data: write to equipa@sparky.pt. We reply within one month.
- You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
5. Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It only stores one cookie if you choose the language (PT/EN): sparky_lang, which keeps only that choice for one year, so the page opens in the same language next time. It is shared with Sparky Explore (explore.sparky.pt), so both sites open in the same language.
6. Changes
If we change these terms, the new version will appear on this page with the updated date. If the change affects how your email is used, we will let you know beforehand.
